Pada 8hb Mac tahun 2014 seluruh dunia dikejutkan dengan kehilangan pesawat MH370 penerbangan dari KLIA, Malaysia ke Beijing,China pada jam 12.40pagi dan dijangka tiba ke destinasi pada jam 6.00pagi...namun pesawat tiba-tiba hilang dari radar tanpa dapat dikesan.

Disaat entri ini ditulis operasi mencari dan menyelamat masih diteruskan lagi. Beberapa negara telah datang membantu operasi pencarian yang sudah hari yang ke -8.

Now, i'm a proud mom of my 10 months old boy..bila pangkat dah jadi mommy ni, semua sizes pon naik sekali ;) haha..all comes together in one package..plus stretch marks!! so, of course i am not comfortable with the post pregnancy figure..sape nak kan, the jeans from size 25 to size 28 with all the flabby jellies all around :(

Mudahnya Breast PUMP while wearing PB

For those who are planning or still breastfeeding,

this is a special post on how to do it while wearing PB. 

FYI, there’s a lot of mommies wearing PB while pumping...and they are not having any problems.. NO WORRIES! ;)

Here goes…few steps on how to do it

1. Loosen up the straps of long bra (by adjusting the straps), then lower down the cups of the bra. Now, you can put on your breast pump and start pumping as usual.

2. If you are wearing freestyle, there’s a special hook from Medela, just use the “hook A” and hook it up at the long bra adjuster. For the part that should be clicked on, just attach it to the waist nipper (bengkung). Then you’re ready to ‘freestyle’ ;)

3. If you are wearing manual/electric pump, you can just hold the pump with your hand and continue pumping as usual :D
